At Blue Moons Studio, I offer two distinct design paths: Branding and Website Design. Each process is tailored to ensure we create a cohesive and impactful presence for your business.

Branding Process

Phase 1: Discovery

Deep Dive into Your Brand
Once you’re officially on the books, you’ll receive a comprehensive Brand Strategy questionnaire. We’ll then set up a brand strategy workshop video call to discuss your answers in detail. This allows me to gain insight and clarity to strategically create a Brand Strategy that aligns with your goals, mission, values, and voice.

Phase 2: Strategy

Crafting Your Brand Blueprint
After our call, I’ll compose an extensive Brand Strategy that includes your brand’s values, voice, and visual direction. You’ll receive a Brand Strategy & Creative Direction presentation for your approval, ensuring we’re aligned before any design work begins.

Phase 3: Design and Refine

Concept Development
Using the strategic information gathered, we’ll begin designing a brand identity that aligns with your vision, voice, values, and soulmate clients. We’ll explore various concepts and narrow them down to the most aligned with your brand.

Brand Concept Presentation
You’ll receive an in-depth Brand Concept presentation with explanations of the design choices. After a few days to review, you can provide feedback. We’ll refine the design through two rounds of adjustments if needed.

Phase 4: Wrap-up and Launch

Finalizing and Equipping You for Success
Once all design deliverables are complete, I’ll organize and deliver your brand files, brand style guide, and brand guidelines. You’ll be ready to launch your intentionally crafted brand, share it with the world, and cultivate relationships with your soulmate clients.

Phase 1: Discovery

Deep Dive into Your Website Goals
If your experience includes website design, you’ll receive a Web Strategy questionnaire during the booking phase. We’ll set up a 90-minute discovery video call to discuss your answers, allowing me to gain clarity on your website goals and strategically create a plan that aligns with them.

Phase 2: Strategy

Crafting Your Website Blueprint
Based on our call, I’ll create an extensive website strategy that includes your goals, desired functionalities, and visual direction. You’ll receive this Website Strategy presentation for your approval, ensuring we’re aligned before any design work begins.

Phase 3: Design and Refine

Concept Development
With the approved strategy, we’ll begin designing your website. This starts with creating a homepage wireframe that captures the essence of your brand and goals. Once you approve the wireframe, we’ll proceed to develop the full website.

Design Refinement
During the development phase, you’ll have opportunities to review and provide feedback. We’ll refine the website through two rounds of adjustments to ensure it perfectly aligns with your vision and content.

Phase 4: Wrap-up and Launch

Finalizing and Equipping You for Success
Once all website design elements are complete, I’ll organize and deliver your website files and guidelines. You’ll be ready to launch your new website, confidently showcasing your brand and engaging with your audience online.

  • Custom Design has a strong focus on your brand and website strategy along with the additional added bells and whistles to your brand and website. This is for businesses who want a turnkey comprehensive experience.

    Design Intensives were made for women who like to work collaboratively and quickly. This is for you if you are looking for a quick turnaround and you are in the first two years of business and do not need an in-depth brand strategy.

  • A brand is much more than a just logo. Here at Blue Moons Studio, we want to set you up for success, and for this reason, we do not offer just a logo design. Our brand-intensive option provides you with the essentials that I believe a new business owner will need to begin establishing themselves as a brand and begin to build a strong brand.

  • I try to make this easy, I know that working with a designer is an investment. Upon booking, you are required a 30% deposit that secures your spot on my calendar. Payment plans will be further discussed if needed. Final and complete payment will be due upon the completion of the project.

  • I design websites on Squarespace and Shopify. Depending on my client’s website goals and the services or products they offer will depend on which platform will be used to build out the website. My website design process ensures my clients have a completely custom-built website using the platform that will meet their business goals.

  • Of course! I work with clients all over the world. When we work together, our calls will be scheduled to accommodate both myself and you, my client.

  • Absolutely! After we are the brand and website are finalized, we can discuss what kind of on going support you will need.

  • To begin, visit my contact page to book a discovery call. During the call, we will be able to discuss the scope of the project and find a date that works for both of us. I usually book 1-2 months in advance.
