The Design Process

DISCOVERY
During this phase, we will dive deep into your Brand Strategy questionnaire, which will be sent when you are officially on the books. We will set up a 2-hour brand strategy workshop video call to go over all of your answers. This will allow me to get more insight and clarity to strategically create a Brand Strategy that aligns with your goals, mission, values, and voice.

STRATEGY
After our call, I will compose an extensive brand strategy that includes everything from your brand’s values, voice, and visual direction. This presentation will be sent over to you for your approval before any design work begins allowing us to be on the same page.
For your website project, you will receive a Web Strategy questionnaire. We will have a 90-minute call, and go over the questionnaire going over your goals for the website. This allows me to strategically create a website that aligns with those goals. You will be presented with a website strategy for you to approve.

DESIGN
This phase begins with concept development. Using all the strategic information we gather from the last phase, we begin designing a brand identity and website that aligns with your vision, goals, voice, values, and soulmate clients. We’ll explore a variety of different concepts and narrow them down to what I believe is the most aligned with your voice, vision, values, and soulmate clients.
You will receive an in-depth Brand Concept presentation or homepage wireframe along with an explanation of the reasoning behind the design.

REFINE
You will have an opportunity to provide your feedback, and based on your feedback and if needed we refine. We will finalize your brand or begin the website development. With a website project, there will be a refinement period that will help bring your vision to life.

LAUNCH
Once we have all the design deliverables completed, we will organize and deliver the files and tools you need to launch. You will walk away with all your brand files, brand style guide, and brand guidelines, video tutorials, and website. Woo Hoo!
Finally, you’ll be able to share your intentionally crafted brand and website with the world and begin to cultivate relationships with your soulmate clients.

FAQ’S
How long is the process?
The process varies depending on the scope of work and the client feedback. Once you book, you will receive a Welcome Guide that will provide you with more in-depth information about the studio and timelines.
How do payments work?
Upon booking, you are required 30% deposit that secures your spot on my calendar. Payment plans can be further discussed if needed. Final and complete payment will be due once the project is complete.
What if I need just a logo?
A brand is much more than a just logo. Here at Blue Moons Studio, we want to set you up for success, and for this reason, we do not offer just a logo design.
What platform do you use to build the website?
I design websites on Squarespace and Shopify. Depending on my client’s website goals and the services or products they offer will depend on which platform will be used to build out the website. My website design process ensures my clients have a completely custom-built website using the platform that will meet their business goals.
How soon can we start? How can I get started?
To begin, visit my contact page to book a free consultation call. Within 1-2 business days you will be contacted to schedule the call. During the call, we will be able to discuss the scope of the project and find a date that works for both of us. I usually book 1-2 months in advance.
